Before Delivery
Customers are kindly requested to inspect their order, including the product, size, and details, before the courier leaves.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene considerations, we do not offer returns or exchanges after the courier has left the delivery location.
Size Selection
Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. Our team is always happy to assist in choosing the correct size.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue. Approved cases will be replaced at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt
